Configuring HubSpot


The HubSpot integration with Fabius allows you to seamlessly connect your Fabius account with HubSpot, allowing you to import Accounts / Contacts which you would like us to generate analysis and messaging for. This guide will walk you through the steps to configure the HubSpot integration, ensuring a smooth setup process.

Step-by-Step Guide: Configuring HubSpot Integration with Fabius

Step 1: Accessing Integration Settings

  1. Log in to your Fabius account.
  2. Navigate to the Settings menu by hovering over the gear icon on the left nav bar.
  3. From the drop-down menu, select Integrations.

Step 2: Adding HubSpot Integration

  1. In the Integrations section, you'll see a list of available integrations. Locate and click on the HubSpot integration option and click Configure.

Step 3: Initiating the OAuth Flow

  1. By selecting the HubSpot integration, you will be directed to the HubSpot OAuth authorization page.
  2. If you're not already logged in to your HubSpot account, you will be prompted to do so.
  3. After logging in, HubSpot will request permission to grant Fabius access to specific data and functionalities. Carefully review these permissions.
  4. Click the Authorize or Allow button to proceed.

Step 4: Returning to Fabius

  1. After authorizing the integration, HubSpot will redirect you back to your Fabius account.
  2. At this point, your HubSpot integration setup is complete. You will notice that the HubSpot integration status in the Integrations section now reads as Connected.

Using the HubSpot Integration in Fabius

With the HubSpot integration successfully configured, you can now enjoy the following benefits:

  • Importing Accounts and Contacts: Easily import and manage your HubSpot accounts and contacts directly from your Fabius account.
  • Push Custom Messaging to Contacts: Once we've generated messaging for a contact, you can push those to the person as custom fields.
  • Add Contact to Cadence: Once a user has been pushed generated messaging, you can add them to a cadence to begin sending emails.
